(Phase 1) Consult: 60 minute session with an expert to determine needs, goals and fit. This is your chance to ask whatever questions you have. Sessions are on a first come, first serve basis;
(Phase 2) Opportunity Assessment: 360 degree comprehensive review and analysis of your entity's health and potentional mapped against industry standards and best practices;
(Phase 3) Implementation: Services will vary based on the recommendations of the opportunity assessmnt from a la carte hourly services, priority monthly retainer, one time project based activity or a la carte hourly services.
